Here it is a link to a virtual tour of the old Royal Aviation Museum of Western Canada ( previously Western Canada Aviation Museum ) just a few days before its demolition in 2018. By clicking the red dots, you can navigate through the different spaces: shops, galleries, library, archives…

Zazzle
Cool! Just got my custom case from Zazzle. That’s great to have a case with my own design… 😉
Flying Fortress
Yesterday, I paid a visit to the B-17 “Sentimental Journey“, which is in Winnipeg for the week. Beautiful, indeed!
Waterton
I have just spent 5 days in Waterton Park (Glacier Park for our American fellows). It’s a great place for hiking and biking, but also to make some HDR panoramas with the feet in the (fresh) water…
On the Red River
Done another “quick-and-dirty” HDR panorama. This time, outdoor.
The point is, I did the picture on a place, which was a seaplane base in the 20’s…
Super 71, again, again…
Details, details… Here it’s a quick rendering with Keyshot. Now, I have to work on the engine… By the way, I have added 12 other pictures to the Super 71 picture gallery.
Super 71, again…
Just add a sub-page, under ‘Photos’, with some of the pictures of the Fairchild I took last week. I hope, it will be helpful for the modellers who would like to build a model. I’ll do the same for the CL-84 Dynavert. Stay tuned!
CF-AUJ
Let’s go back to 3D! I have started working on a Canadian bush plane: the Fairchild Super 71, CF-AUJ. In order to do that, I took about 120 photos of the beast, yesterday at the WCAM! I’ll post some of them on a specific page, for those of my friends modelers, who would like to build a model… 😉
Back to the Junkyard
Today was a nice day to snoop around the WCAM storage facility. In fact, I was looking for a A-26 in a nearby airfield, but that’s another story…
RR Merlin
The WCAM engine collection, is a great place to play with the Lytro!
